This list contains a variety of ensembled majestic wildlife in Namibia. it's a simple list starting from the most dominant and running down. This specie's are a dominant class in thier class and are considerably acceptable hunters, some of which are opportunistic hunters enjoy the list.
Preferably The Desert Lions are indigenous to the great Namib Desert What gave their families away from the Kalahari and Common African Lions is they're able to hunt in any environment from the inner lands to the Kalahari they easily fit any condition, even though they are on the verge of extinction they seem to be more active then ever mostly with the help from international conservationist and environmentalist.
The Brown Hyena is only second to the Lions in the Kalahari they don't actually participate when it comes to open field hunting and resort to scavanging predominatly that's why they are most commonly known for, they do quite a lot of small game hunting by themselves closely related to it's larger and highly sorted after cousin the spotted hyena the brown hyenas are quite comfortable in the Namibian climate.
The Southern African Rock Python is the last creature you'd expect to find in the harsh Namibian climate but it still covers a large distance and eats just about anything it encounters more active during the evening you are more likely to find them in the Northern upper corner of the country very hard to find you might need an experience tracker to locate one they subdue thier prey by constriction just like all the other pythons they are much smaller than thier Northern African Cousins but that doesn't make them least dangerous although human attracts are rare to non existent.
The Namibian Ocean has a cold current running through it just like the inner lands it's very unstable and least occupied by humans mostly because of its rough waves and murky waters but is filled with many predatory species the one less common but occasionally spotted is the Orca or also known as the Killer Whale it can be spotted on it's identifying black and white colours even though it's not the only whale species to be found around here it makes a great dominant predator of the Namibian Climate you will require and expert to locate this Dolphin Species or they will find you just like bottle nose dolphins always looking for a willing audience to amuse and entertain.
The Nile Crocodile common throughout the African continent found here in the Okavango Delta just like all other Crocodiles the world over are very aggressive opportunistic apex predators and are extremely dangerous widespread throughout the Okavango Delta and practically eat everything in sight including Lions and Humans just a little sceptic to Hippos because Hippos will aggressively defend themselves from any thing they think pose a thread to them, you don't actually need a guide to see crocodiles they're widespread occurrence and stable population eludes them from hiding from any onlookers.
The Camel Spiders aren't really spider nor are they scorpions even though they share they same personal characters with both they do occasionally hunt and eat both species,Namibia plays home to camel spiders of different sizes that usually depend on the climate much smaller in the central and Southern districts and some as big as your hand in the Northern Districts camel spiders are roamers and are quite fast on they're limps they most often run onto humans looking for shade and attracted to the heat and are not a thread to humans although they have a stink in their bites.
Bull Frogs are more common in the far Northern district of the country and are consumed by some locals even when they are highly poisonous they usually appear during the rainy season and are located by they're Lion like calls mostly to locate mates and deter predators but risk getting located and scare away prey they are Behemoths of the Amphibians species they crawl around in the muddy Waters after seasonal rains and eat anything sizeable including other frogs and reptiles.
The Tiger Fish is more common in the Okavango Delta district it's of considerable size compared to it's Congo cousin the Goliath Tiger Fish and considered a big catch by fresh water fishermen, they are distinguished by they're spotty scales and rugged teeth they are more active in the evening and appear all over the Delta, which uncommonly dumps it's waters in the middle of the desert a very mysterious and uncommon occurrence in nature when all other rivers dump thier load in the oceans, sea's and lakes the Tiger Fish prey's on other fish and insects and anything it sees reasonably sizable and appetising they are compared to the piranha's of South America because of thier aggressive behavior but unlike piranhas they will attract humans if given the opportunity.
Wild Dogs are common in the country they hunt in packs and can take on any prey they face they are considered one of the most successful hunters on land they face extinction mostly due to disputes with regional farmers and common domesticated dog deceases they are playful and cunning just like any other apex canine breed but that playful behavior can quickly change to aggression in seconds,Wild Dogs where once common all over Namibia but numbers have drops in familiar trend to any other mammal that face extinction,Wild Dogs differs from most other social canines in that males remain in the natal pack, while females disperse (a pattern also found in primates such as gorillas, chimpanzees, and red colobuses). Furthermore, males in any given pack tend to outnumber females 3:1.
The Martial Eagle also common in Namibia is a Carnivorous Bird of prey mostly distinguished by it's upper white chest it also is on the extinction list it has the same common enemies as the wild dogs it preys on anything it considers sizeable and appetizing but today once considered one of the Majestic Birds of the Namibian Skyline today it is a seen as a thread and being hunted to the verge of extinction the Martial Eagle is a persistent and opportunistic hunter preying on reptiles other birds and anything it sees sizable and appetizing.
