The list below contains Pesticides conventional Namibian farmers imported from neighbouring governments and international traders to supplement their farming practices with,pesticides are widely used to control the growth and proliferation of undesirable organisms that, if left unchecked, would cause significant damage to wild vegetation, crops, stored food and products,pesticide use in Africa has increased dramatically in recent years, despite the escalating costs and the fact that they are becoming less effective Namibia being one of the countries most affected by global warming has had a lot of dramatic changes in their climate and crop farmers had no choice but to adapt or loose their livelihood to the el nino phenomenal,this list contains just some of the thousands of pesticides they used throughout the 2019 persistent drought.
