# 3.Rivendell Guest House(Windhoek)Khomas Region.

image

The Rivendell is a backpackers oasis situated in the Capital of the country just like all the places on the list has a great fee per night it's where packers from all over the planet mound to plan their next adventure with everything you need for your pilgrimage based in the capital it's where a lot of planning is done after your body adapts to the climate you will need to pick up some major support equipment before you set out there a not a lot or no hardware stores in the rest of the regions to support your special equipment and this being a very vast country you will not be able to go back and forth for supplies.

# 4.Acacia Park Rest Camp Campground(Otjiwarongo)Otjozondjupa Region.

image

They Acacia resting camp is situated in the mid-northern part of the country with the most visited wildlife resort of the country at its doorstep when in Namibia the doorstep is about or less a km in direction it is a country where a lot of driving is expected the scene around Otjiwarongo is not that bad either even though the wilderness in the area is more or less the same throughout the country compared to the rest of the continent wildlife in Namibia are less disturbed and are less overwhelmed and could be found just about anywhere with a little patience you will spot something when in a place like Acacia it's in your best interest to have your camera on standby.

# 5.Oshakati Rest Camp(Oshakati)Oshana Region.

image

Oshana region is an area of flat dry flood plains grass is rare so are the wildlife it's more of a stopover for travellers seeking new adventures it is one of the most densely populated areas in the country so art and culture is in plenty English is widely spoken with a little local ethnic lingo and some local bantu lineage dialects compared to the rest of the country Oshakati and it's surroundings resembles a Pan Africanistic atmosphere that resembles west Africa with its exhaustingly rich art, food and culture almost present everywhere and youth engaging in creative initiatives and entrepreneurial spirit and the local population always engaged in one or more social networking activities rare in the rest of the country where western social practises seem to have advanced a cultural practice that's around here is considered boisterous and intrusive on ethnic tribal practices.

# 6.Chobe River Camp Campsites(Katima Mulilo)Zambezi Region.

image

The Chobe river camp is situated in the Okavango Delta in the far-right extended arm of the country an area full of rare bird species and wildlife predominantly found in the centre of the continent and bird species in abundance a bird lovers utopia the area is ample with art, culture and wildlife and scenic charm that can capture the heart of its guests and the Chobe is building right on top of it, one of those places you have to see when you are in the region even if driving conditions occasionally be disastrous but no Paradise is found without its own unique impediments.

# 7.Esplanade Rest Camp(Walvis Bay)Erongo Region.

image

Esplanade is a resting camp situated in the central west coast of the country more industrial than most of the towns on the list it comes with a more narrow adventure passageway the same could be said about its tourism initiatives you would occasionally run into something interesting once in a while but it's ocean is full of life even when it's cold, rough and unpredictable but it's sister town Swakopmund is more adaptable to the tourism industry and more welcoming to visitors.

# 8.Aloe Rock(Keetmanshoop)Karas Region.

image

The Aloe Rock is set in the dry arid Southern Namaqualand one would call it the capital of Namaqualand the climate is extremely hot and dry but small ecosystems have found a way to grow and flourish in this environment and most are small in stature compared to the once in the northern districts the town itself is built in the early 17th century and most of the historic architecture is still maintained in its original state and surrounded by scattered abandoned ghost towns, which early settlers build when diamonds where discovered in abundance in the neighbourhood they mysteriously disappeared overnight leaving behind their livestock and their horses still found today in the region.

# 9.Ugab Terrace Lodge(Outjo)Kunene Region.

image

Outjo the Capital of Kunene is a little settler's town found in the upper mid-west of the country, it's backpackers resting camp Ugab is situated close to the spot sight of the white rhino and also a stone's throw from one of the largest wildlife resorts Etosha on the other a great deal if you are visiting for wildlife Namibia has the most white rhinos in the wilderness compared to any other African country and wild rhino lovers settle in this town to be close to one of the largest land mammals poaching of wild rhinos is still a big problem so expect strick security when approaching this area.

# 10.Road House Guest House(Omuthiya)Oshikoto Region.

image

Omuthiya just like Oshakati is a remote settlers town in the far northern reach of the country unlike Oshakati it has a considerable amount of vegetation and some scenic landscapes which viewers can't get enough of but lacks in wildlife probably due to over poaching and human encroachment if you are searching for art and culture this is the type of towns to start your search.
