The Opuwo district of Namibia is the slowest developing region in the country but has one of the greatest displays of western cultural resistance in the country some credits to the Himba(Exhibits Bantu Ethincity) and San(Exhibits Khoe Ethnicity) although the San are natives of the land they have been free roaming the region since the dawn of modern humans occasionally stopping in the area for seasonal gatherings but the Himba like most Bantu are fixed to a certain area for longer spells using agriculture to expand their sphere of influence and dominance over that piece of land only displaced by circumstances beyond they're control this two tribes native to the African continent"Bantu & Khoe"where never in conflict for resources because of the difference in how they nourish their own, The Khoe Completely depend on Nature more like the early man,while the Bantu thoroughly depended on Agriculture only encroaching on the Bushveldt when circumstances are infinite.

The Himba are just one of the hand full of native Africans to still practice tribal rituals in their raw unorthodox form they predominantly life in the Northwestern mutual district of the country going bout their ordinary business only displaying them to curious onlookers.

This festival was a initiative but it's slowly drawing to a standstill just like most development projects in the area there is no guarantee it will actually take place this year but fits the list we are creating.
